Elvira Devinamira (21) from Surabaya (East Java), was chosen Puteri Indonesia 2014 during the annual event held at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta Convention Center on Wednesday, January 29th. Devinamira, who was crowned by reigning Miss Universe Gabriela Isler and reigning Puteri Indonesia Whulandary Herman, will represent Indonesia during the Miss Universe 2014. (Global Beauties)
